What is Mediation?
Mediation is a method for resolving a dispute without a trial. The parties to the dispute can create a personalized solution to their issues. Mediation is binding on the parties. Mediation is a private and confidential way to resolve your case that is less expensive and more affordable than a long, messy, and public trial. A private and confidential solution spares you and your children from appearing in court, testifying, and being cross-examined.
In a divorce or any suit affecting your children, you should choose either Betsy Branch or Ryan Branch to serve as your mediator. Betsy and Ryan are each trained in family law mediation. Betsy is a Board Certified Family Law attorney. A mediator who is a family law specialist has an advanced level of recognized training to assist you in reaching a creative solution for the division of your marital estate and for the best interests of your children. Ryan is a military veteran who has knowledge of how divorce and custody are impacted by military service and benefits.
Either of our attorneys is available to mediate cases for parties who are represented by attorneys or to mediate cases for parties who represent themselves.
